We test new products...we feature certain new snacks for holidays...we rotate snacks by the season. And all of this just for the sake of variety.

Commitment to product freshness is the sign of superior vending service. And we decided to demonstrate our commitment by making our freshness guidelines the Gold Standard of the industry. Our maximum shelf life for perishable products is only seven days, while most of our competitors are twice that. And talk about fresh, when was the last time you saw a good, crisp salad in a vending machine?

D&R Vending provides legendary service for our accounts. If there is even the smallest problem, request or comment, call us. Anytime...24 hours a day....7 days a week. And if the issue requires a service call, we'll be there. If your particular problem requires a new part, you won't have to wait for it to be ordered...all of our trucks are complete parts shops. That's legendary service.

If You Don't Need us
We'll still be there, because we're proactive when it comes to our equipment. We're always doing machine audits and performing preventative maintenance. In fact, we rank in the top 5% in our industry for keeping our machines fully operational on site according to national standards/figures. When new machines and technology become available, we upgrade. And the first installation of new equipment is always with current customers, which is our way of rewarding them for their loyalty.

Healthy Snacks
D&R Vending is a member of the 500 Club "Your Choice for Healthy Eating." Lite food items are always available. Health conscious eating habits are considered in our purchasing and menu planning. Many of the food products used are reduced in cholesterol, fat, and sodium. Low calorie salads, vegetables and other products are available on a daily basis.
