D&R/Star specializes in providing Nationally Sanctioned Organized League Play.

The D&R/Star League system holds National Charters for the Valley National Eight Ball Association (VNEA) and the American Cue Sports (ACS) plus a state charter for Minnesota Operators of Music & Amusements (MOMA).

D&R/Star League Players have the choice of Regional Tournament Play, Statewide Tournament Play and National Tournament Play.

D&R/Star’s Junior Division provides Junior Pool League play in Rochester, Faribault, Geneva, Owatonna and Blooming Prairie, Minnesota. The juniors are also provided with Regional and National Tournament Play.
